People should add value that you love if it is relevant for your brand, educate, try to do Like Eli said some regret minimization so some social proof. You're not selling but you also are like if somebody buys the first time, don't assume that they're going to be a loyal customer and make them feel good about their purchase. Don't say because you might be creepy. Yeah, I mean, I think we talked about a bunch of do's but obviously it'd be the inverse.
