Rob: In some domains we are responding to cues that machines give us and they're affecting our behavior. He says technology can certainly stack the deck in one way or another play on the behavioral tendencies of individuals but here what I think is important with these tools is that you can use them to make jobs better or you can usethem to make jobs worse if you pair them with tactics like workplace surveillance, he adds.
