Demand Creation Versus Core Differentiators, Right?
Garrett: I think that we split strategic thinking into two buckets primarily. Demand creation, what originally created the demand? It's buyer education about your category. Capture once that demand has been created, what captured the demand when the prospect dictates themselves that they want to talk to sales. And then for damning the demand, which can be thought of as a subset really in demand creation first and rerouting that demand to your categories towards mentioning.
