If those are all clear, then you can spend your fee back time on like, how are they thinking about things, and how can you grow them in the way that they approach their o krs,. The cross functional stuff, an the day to day stuff. And one of the things i learned very quickly, and in my high desire to be liked, is having safe words and safe parimeters to allow for a non emotional attachment to feedback at the no wheat.
