How to Facilitate Conversations With Stakeholders

Jen, what you did there was really interesting. What you're doing is getting the people who normally show up on this big group call and they expect to be talked at for 45 minutes. Oftentimes the people who aren't speaking the most have the most valuable things to say but are used to being talked over in meetings. One of the tactics I will use is something called prompting. And prompting is simply signaling to an attendee to say, I would like your input on this. It is a really effective way to bring in those stakeholders who are just staying silent.
