Dream work is about intentionality. Every single time i fall asleep, i have an opportunity to have a conversation with my unconscious. Thanks to sara mclean bicknell, who's my current dream teacher and someone who's helped me bring more intentionality into my practice. I will actually sometimes incubate a question before before bed, do like a short meditation o, you know, centring myself around this is my intention going in.
