How Do Women Train?

When you get your period, your hormones are really low estrogen and progesterone as a group are really, really low. By about day three, four or five of your period women tend to feel more superhuman. They can do more explosive things they can lift heavier,. And I feel like they're running through quicksand anymore. As we get towards the other end, as we get closer to our period, then we may find that it is harder to do the explosive things the sprinting the heavy lifting. We might be better going slower, doing more stretching more gentle yoga or even gentle pilates. You've probably noticed it feels different at different times of your cycle.
