Is There a Better Relationship With China?

The good news is that the US government cannot materially figure out how to make AI go faster and make it more dangerous. The bad news is that as these people talk about the dangers of AI, their inclination is not to slow it down but to beat China. We need to subsidize ourselves to make sure the correct monkey gets the poison banana. It should be great if we could have a better relationship with China.
