Dan: My dad has always been like a really good mentor for me. What I learned from him was sort of how to hold balance as high regarded in life. He's always taught me that when you're overdoing something, it means you're underdoing something else. If I'm working too much, I'm probably not spending enough time with my family or advice first off. You have to be sort of a prolific designer and just being able to design in multiple styles.
