The Food Bank in Nairobi Is in a Cold Room.

The food bank used to get most of its stock from supermarkets and other retailers until the pandemic revealed a major new source. We realized when a COVID hit the country early 2020 that there are some areas that we had not ventured into and where a lot of food was going to waste in agriculture. Most of it has already also gone for distribution to the agencies. So this is what is remaining for today. Some snow peas, some other green peas, some of the chaos inside here. You can see some few cabbages remaining.
