Knowledge and Information Exist in a Universe, Right?

In a universe where some of these interactions were not available, so supposing we are in a universe where, for example, you cannot copy certain states of matter, then in such a universe, we wouldn't have information. So I think this is an interesting fact that it's one way to realize why is it that we say that knowledge is physical and information is physical. Whether or not something is a bit is decided by those physics that this particular object obeys. And the properties that make an object capable of containing information are largely independent of the special details of that object.
