Is There a Waiting List for Catheter Ablation?

There's three studies that came out this year comparing a half ablation with a cryo-blown versus you know versus antarhythmic drug therapy showing that catheter ablation was more effective than drugs. We're moving more and more towards first line a fiviblation but the reality is the wait list are two three months if you believe in the sinus rhythm while they're waiting so it doesn't really matter. If someone shows up who has rate related cardamomopathy I would put them on amiode around 200 milligrams BID for a month and 200 a day to help maintain sinus rhythm. The ACC, AHA and HRS guidelines were rewritten
