What's Your Future Incentive?

As a founder, what's my future incentive besides the equity that i own? Eye, you do an exercise, like, if i quit to day, what would it cost the company to bring in somebody of equal or even potentially petter calibre of operations. And that's usually three to five and, and if it's an earlier stage company, it might be more. That's kind of how you want to do it for employees as well, which is, like, i want to pay people slightly above the replacement cost,. Because it costs me more to replace somebody ters of, like institutional knowledge and stugh like that.
