How to Manage Your Backlog of Projects in a Business Environment

I don't understand what people are organizing themselves, projects, then what everybody tells them to do in the business world. I have 18 other ideas, 24 curious ideas, 28 noodling ideas, two active projects, three pause projects, three high priority projects, 16 interesting projects. So that's not even the end. And I'm like, damn, I got a lot to say. And I have an opinion. But as soon as I share that opinion, it's like, I can now be questioned more, if that makes sense.
