Technical Leadership Is More About Keeping a Coherent Technical Vision

technical leadership is more about, ok, we got a project that is way bigger than a single person can ve. Its something that we're going to be working on over an entire quarter and there's going to be three teams working on it. And you need somebody who is kind of at the centre of all this, or adjacent to the centre, who can keep a cohe ant technical vision for the project. So set a vision in your mind, hopefully alline that vision with everyone else on the team, because it's much eas to nudge them in a direction if they agree with you.
