When it comes to your training frequency, as long as you are able to kind of commit to a minimum amount of volume, how you spread that out over the course of a week really matters much less. So I want to first make it really clear that it doesn't matter whether you go in every day for a little bit of time, or you consolidate it over two days for a couple of hours in total. There's no difference. The next thing to think about would be our exercise choice or our exercise modality. If we're thinking about building muscle, then we need to be focusing on resistance based training.
