How Do I Get Good Sleep?

I usually eat three to four meals in a nine to 12 hour window with at least 35 grams of protein per meal, but often more. And I have leaned toward getting my protein earlier in the day, rather than waiting and consuming most in the evening as many people do. So one exception to me for not eating after sunset is that sometimes I will eat a small spoonful of honey with a sprinkle of salt before bed. This is purely anecdotal, but it does seem to help my sleep. But this also means I tend to feel best and I tend to eat more carbs in the afternoon or early evening,. which also seems to benefit my sleep.
