What Advice Would You Give to Young Professionals?

Im dug wants to know what actions you recommend young professionals take to shape an organization, even though they might not be in charge yet. What advice would you give i whant a change on organization, a culture you don't like, policy you think his broken? I'm guessing am its a good question. One simple way is to keep remo keeping reminding yourself and those around you what the point of your organization is, who you're serving.
