When an article is submitted to a journal and there's different levels of prestige for these journals with the New England Journal probably being the most prestigious or one of the most prestigious journals out there. The New England Journal of Medicine editors who are looking at this data are not actually looking at raw data from the trial. They're looking at something that has essentially been predigested and provided to them by a pharmaceutical company that paid for a trial. And remember what we started talking about that slide from the Narontan trial where you've got to put your clinical trial through a filter of the marketing messages before you publish it.
