Is MRI a Replacement for a Mammogram?

Radiology risk stratifies everything that we see. This includes cancer, it includes aneurysms and benign tumors. We're able to provide a pretty good risk or for most things that we see with MRI. Does this replace standard screening? The short answer is no, except perhaps with prostate, so with breast.
