How Do We Develop This Anti Fragile Body Mind?
I think what you're talking about is this sort of how do we develop this anti fragile body mind. And part of it is we've got to meet ourselves and heal ourselves and repair it ourselves. The second piece is about the nervous system strength and regulation. There's both this very deep personal responsibility of practice like my own personal practice that I have to take responsibility for in cultivating. And then there's this, how do we bring that practice back to our relationship and then give it to each other so that we can know each other more deeply.
