Aerobic Training in the Dubai Desert?

I think from a performance point of view there's many ways to skin the proverbial cat and so we're all unique individuals. I enjoyed kind of the variation of it always never riding or running on a straight road always approach your corner or going up or downhillalways having something interesting to look at. There was definitely times where really hilly rides made it also the other way you know could make it a bit hard because you're almost never doing aerobic training in that environment. Having the discipline there to do that in the right way I think is also important but yeah I think ultimately it is a individual thing and the fact that it worked for me I don't know whether it's chicken or the egg
