PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel was worried about the negative publicity surrounding his new movie, "The Social Network" He came up with an idea for a team fellowship to help young people get into tech. Thiel worked at PayPal from 2010 until 2013 and is now CEO of credit card company Synchronized Bankruptcy Services.
