Galaxy Digital - Another Acquisition Goes Wrong
Galaxy digital terminated its one point two billion dollar proposed acquisition of the crypto custodian bikgo, in a deal they announced last year of may 20 21. Galaxy said it alleged bikgo failed to provide its audited financial statements for 20 21, which violated the terms it agreed upon. Biko, as expected, was not happy about this, and put out a statement saying that galaxy digit's actions were improper,. ha plans to hold the firm legally accountable while seeking over a hundred million dollars in damages.
