Is There a Good Place in the Book for Psychotherapy?
Zogchen is about softening and opening the body to experience again, or are there other ideas or applications that you'd also include there. It's a very wrenching divorce where there was a child custody battle,. I had to engage that battle for the welfare of my children. And it just broke me apart. Such that my Zogchen didn't work. I wasn't able to react strongly enough. That's when I discovered this Mahayana level practice of Tonglen. Studying with payment children, for instance, coming out of Trunpa. But it's everywhere. In these last years, many years, what's really good for me is going on solitary retreat.
