The Secretary of State's Sworn Testimony

The New York Post reported that Secretary of State and to need blinking has responded the State Department hasn't responded. This is a sworn testimony right like this isn't just him talking to a friend and he got caught. He's giving sworn testimony to the Judiciary Committee. I think people know that's not like a small job. But it's legit scary to me that most of the mainstream media outlets are comfortable sweeping this kind of report under the rug.
