Carbon Tax

A carbon tax is supposed to get rid of all these top down government mandates. But yet, that's what the activist wants te go aead, give us goahead. It just shows they're not even doing what the text books recommend. And so i'm saying it is unbelievably naive to think all governments around the world are going to stick to these omission limits for the next hundred years. That's unrealistic. We shouldn't fool ourselves. An the ironic thing too, is it's wasting valuable time.
