I would say that it is sort of an offensive diplomatic posture. But then where I'm a little bit scratching my head in this specific context and those policies are mostly foreign policies. And so what's the point of broadcasting? Maybe that's part of the broader impulse of Chinese policy, but if you're asking me, how do I read this particular statement?
