It was also an era of utting spending. Big projects like that seem to be very their juicy targets in those moments. If you can make it through those moments, it seems like a lot of these projects ultimately survive. But sometimes if the politics turn against you, you can be quite vulnerable. That's right. I think, for example, the soup conducting sup clid was very vulnerable because i had major cost overruns. And so it is very dangerous.
