Should Parents Intervene When Kids Are Fighting?
Researchers wired up children with wireless microphones and let them go anywhere in their homes ivsome adorable photos of kids doing this. What they thought was most effective, i was joining the children and asking each child to basically say what was happening for them and help them work it out. When parents intervene, there's a much greater likelihood that children are going to be able to successfully manage the conflict with parental coaching.
