The Importance of Passion

Being harmoniously passionate about something doesn't mean you're any less passionate than if you're obsessive. If you feel like there's an obsessive passion for one activity then invest in doing other things as well which will almost help that existing passion to be a bit more harmonious but more integrated into your life rather than consume you. With addiction it's like you're not really in control anymore it's like the activity is controlling you so just be aware of who's who's in control you or the activity. Take the activity seriously but not take yourself too seriously because that can be a key difference between obsessive passion and harmony.
