The Importance of Composition in Art

The frame is the border that contains whatever image you're working on. What most, what I see a lot of people not paying attention to are the edges. In drawing, if you're approaching an edge, you can maybe shorten something or lengthen something. Like for me, just really tells how much refinement you have in your work. And walking or like, you know, one exercise we did in school is taking an empty 35 millimeter slide frame and just holding it up and looking through it like that's your lens.
