What Has Happened Over the Past Fourty Five Years?
There have been secular changes over the past forty five years, right? If you go back to 19 eightyeih, we had a very limited arsenal of drugs available for treating hypertension. We had fewer interventions for helping people stop smoking. And i think there have beensecular changes in terms of getting the word out about being more physically active and eating a healthier diet. That narrowing accounts for why the benefit versus the harm from aspirant has narrowed.
