The Importance of Connecting With Seniors
I think if I worked in an organization where you were a senior person, I would try to connect with you either on coffee or curiosity. So what does Helen value in work? She values making progress fast. She wants people who she can trust to get on with stuff and make stuff happen. And do you know what? She always adds some extra sparkle or value beyond the circle. That's what I'd be like. But I wouldn't talk to you in the list still.
