Is There a Chinese Audience in Shanghai?
98% of the people coming to shanga disresot are chinese. Majority of them, not majority, but maybe forty to forty five % are shangainese. It's mainly china, and chinese guests coming to opck. And that's what i guess the model is, because you build it in a place where there is a large catchman of middle class people with a certain spending power. Where will disney land open another resort in the next few years? I can't see one happening myself. There ther many people asking for the ability to have a physical connection with this ner bran.
