How to Be a Successful Investor in a Foreclosure

Most of our clients who are buying that type of inventory, they're putting 20 to 25% down. This is not your cash flow heavy kind of a play. It's going to be somebody who's got 50, 60, $70,000 sitting at a bank account. They want that levered that levered return like we talked about before when you can go ahead and put 20, 25% down on an asset. That's appreciating by between 5 and 7%.
