Your average american consumes 77 grams of added sugar every single day. The body, the liver, can only take 12 grams a day before it stores it as fat. It's incredible how much sugar we eat now, and how we've accepted that and put it into everything. And think having a breakfast of crossoms and orange juice, and then a late is healthy when you might as well just eat a massive bar of chocolate. We're so backwards to day.
