The Importance of Prevention in Performance
Super shoes are great for warm up, cool down and everything else. For hard workout once a week, maybe twice a week for road runners, consider them then. The overarching trend before we get to our own is improve scientific knowledge among coaches. And female athletes and understanding female physiology because I think the health problem thing has largely been swept under the rug in performance history.
