Sebastian: Part of this is posturing. We are not going to do this deal unless we can get 10 percent minimum. And so VCs will take this position. We want the whole thing. If they can't, they'll fall back. So that's your own number one reason. Is it VCs time? Now some VCs take the approach we don't want board seats and they can take a more an approach of having three, four, five percent of a larger number of companies. But you don't have board seats, which creates a whole nother set of problems.
