i was at a seal reunion back in the early nineties. I remember i'll sitting there talking to a couple of old vianom guys, and i said, who was the most bad ass murdering seal and nom? And these guys both were like old roger hayden. He taught me covering move which is the first principle of combat leadership that i know it wrote about in extreme ownership. Another good example: i had mike thornton on my pata and he performed an incredibly heroic act for his team. The one kind of honorously posthumously received the medal of honor despite never having met him before.
