Imposter Syndrome Is Not Going Anywhere, Right?

I feel that people who want to improve are those that feel imposter syndrome the most. I talk about it being demotivating. And there's a lot of fear and shame around it. So we have to accept the fact that imposter syndrome is there, right? It's not going anywhere. We are going to mitigate imposter syndrome.
