Interviewing

When I meet somebody new, I really try to listen and organize my brain into different topics. Then find a topic that I can relate to so that I can share something with them. And I know that they will share something back in this. So you're being present with the person that's communicating the information rather than thinking like a bad interviewer. It gives me time to think about my next question.
