The Looping Game
Sara and i like to do what we call our loop, which we've talked about on the podcast before. It just everything about it calmed me down and put me in a better mood. Some people loved the calming, some people loved the exercise. And so it was about connection. Some at spark creativity. Some people like being in nature, or exploring some aspect of their neighborhood that they hadn't taken advantage of before. There's a lot of reasons why you can walk yourself into a better mood because l as you say, it works on so many levels.
