Is There a Single Federal Regulator for Cryptocurrency?

There should be a single federal regulator, which is sort of similar to what's going on in Europe with Mika and other things. I don't know now if that piece of legislation, which was still just in the drafting phase, is more likely to move forward or less likely. Legislation is very difficult to get through Congress. And we're hearing voters who were either anti-regulation or regulation in a different way now stepping in to talk about regulation. We've seen yesterday Senator Brown called upon the Treasury Department and Secretary Yellen to think about comprehensive crypto regulation through the Treasury Department.
