People are very used to saying, hey, i need somebody to tell me what to do. I think that is one of the most fundamental habits everybody needs to break. If you want to make changes happen, lie, go and get a bunch of votes delegated. Get something out there. Get it a you'll drive it through a andad ik that's really the model.
