Home kit bridge allows you to talk to devices that don't natively speak home kit. It'sl like talk whatever they speak, and bridge t to home kit. And additionally, what i love about it is the home assistant ap for i o s is a particularly great piece of software. So if i never wanted to write a home assistant automation because i felt it was too complicated, whatever, i could do all my automations with short cuts on io s and on the mack, and just have it talked toT devices like home kit devices. I think it's something that i think is five notches above anything you can do on android with home assistant. But other than that
