Half cramp is this big glaring weakness for me relative to your cramp and open hand. Did you continue training other grip positions, or did you just exclusively focus on half cramp training? No, just tran im down. I judged it stopped. Probably shouldn't have done probably should have continued other grips,. But i figured that the gap in my case was so big that there just wasn't any point.
