The Puzzle of Plural, Plural Obligation
Theory of justice is not about idealism, it's about the idea of requirements and theories of justice as being moral. So if we try to think of those as moral, then we just don't know how to explain this kind of supposed moral requirement. And so I'm trying to see how it could be moral and here's the really hard case for theories of justice. It doesn't arise only because I'm defending the possibility of super idealistic theories of justice but that has nothing to do with that.
