There is a left critique of the EU we've been developing one throughout this conversation. Could there have been a legs it when the actually existing Brexit movement was a movement led by by UKIP and the Tory Wright? There's a tendency on the left represented maybe in theory more by by people like German scholar Wolfgang Streak or in the domain of parliamentary politics a figure like Delinka's Sarah Wagonect that maintains that the left alternative to this anti-democratic EU is a return to a nationalist and sovereignist position.
