Men and Mental Health
There's barriers that men have to overcome a bit more than women. Men when they got mental health issues or they feel distressed, the first thing that they want to do is not necessarily talk to somebody about how they feel about it. Whereas women are distressed, they'll want to talk about their feelings. And I will help them. But actually men can be helped a great deal by talking about their feelings too. There's so many other things. We've done some research on this and it's borne out by other people's research too.
